1. Information We Collect

We collect essential student and parent information for school enrollment and safety purposes:

  • Parent/guardian contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses).
  • Child's birth certificate, health documents, and Aadhar details.
  • Photographs and videos captured during educational activities and events.

2. How We Use Information

Collected details are strictly used to run our operations safely and improve child learning:

  • Managing student records, health sheets, and attendance.
  • Sending updates, circulars, and event notifications to parents.
  • Creating scrapbook displays and showcasing class milestones in classroom galleries.

3. Media & Consent

We love showcasing the smiles and milestones of our students. Photos are used for school scrapbooks, indoor galleries, and official social media handles.

If you prefer that your child's photographs not be shared on social media, you can opt out by submitting a written request to the school administration office.

4. Data Protection

All physical enrollment forms and digital student databases are kept secure. We never share, trade, or sell personal records or contact information to third parties.

Terms & Conditions

1. Admissions & Enrollment

Admissions are open to children within our defined age criteria. A child's placement is confirmed only after submission of the required documents, application forms in person, and the payment of admission fees.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Tuition fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Delayed payments may attract late fees or temporary suspension of enrollment.

3. Timings & Pick-Up Policies

Our timings are Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Parents must make their own transport arrangements. For safety reasons, children will only be released to parents, guardians, or individuals pre-authorized in the enrollment form.

4. Health & Attendance

To ensure a safe environment for all kids, sick children (experiencing fever, contagious rashes, or infections) should stay home. Parents must inform class teachers about child absences due to illness.

5. Code of Conduct

We foster a culture of respect, kindness, and collaboration. Parents and educators work together to maintain a supportive space. The school reserves the right to cancel enrollment in extreme cases of non-compliance with school rules.
